Our tours are designed for a group of 8-10 people as required to make a tour booking. The tour will take place over 3 days and 2 nights between Monday and Wednesday. Guests will be picked up between 9:15am and 9:30am on Monday morning, and will be returned home at approximately 3:30pm on Wednesday afternoon. On our journey to Bendigo, we will visit the recently opened The Mill Complex in Castlemaine, home to The Vintage Bazaar and the fabulous Das Kaffeehaus. Once in Bendigo, guests will be staying at Bendigo’s iconic Shamrock Hotel^ right in the heart of the CBD where luggage will be delivered. Guests will be picked up from the Shamrock Hotel at 9:30am each morning to continue their tour and will be returned at approximately 5:30pm with the freedom to enjoy their evening at their leisure. A free daily continental breakfast and 2 course dinner is included in the tour package.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* The price package of $649 is based on the standard tour inclusions as listed here, are subject to change, and is charged per person. It includes accommodation for a twin share room, continental breakfast, 2 course dinner from seniors menu, all Standard Tour venues, morning and afternoon tea, and pick up and transfers. Lunch meals not included. A single share supplement will be an additional surcharge of $125 per single guest. Please note that, while all care is taken to visit the listed attractions, if due to any unforeseen circumstances a tour cannot take place then a replacement tour to another attraction will be added in its place. Due to the lack of wheelchair access at several of the venues, and as all tours require long walking distances, guests are required to be independently mobile. For an alternate tour itinerary, contact us to discuss your particular needs. ^ The Shamrock Hotel is our preferred accommodation partner. In the unusual event that we are unable to procure accommodation with them, an alternate venue of equivalent quality and service will be substituted. # Variations to the standard tour may incur additional charges. Bookings: Email, online, mail and phone bookings are welcome. Payment & Deposit: Payment types: Direct deposit, cash, cheque, visa or mastercard. Note all visa and mastercard payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge. All deposits are due within 7 days to confirm your booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to departure. Travel insurance is highly recommended. This is recommended to be purchased at the time of booking. Booking Amendments: Any amendments to the final tour itinerary may incur additional charges. Cancellation Policy: If tour is cancelled 14 days or over the departure date 50% of the deposit will be retained by Taylor’d Tours. If tour is cancelled under 14 days from the departure date no refund is available. Office Hours: Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM TO 5:30 PM [Excluding public holidays]. General Terms: Booking conditions are correct as at 1st December 2016 and are subject to change subsequent to that date. Receipts for payment will not constitute payment to Taylor’d Tours until such money is received and available to Taylor’d Tours. If an attraction becomes unavailable an alternative replacement attraction will be included in the tour. Taylor’d Tours will not be liable for any loss, delay or damage suffered by a passenger or their luggage during the tour. Taylor’d Tours reserves the right to change the accommodation for passengers if the quoted accommodation becomes unavailable. Tours are strictly for between 8 and 10 people. Completion of the booking form and payment of the deposit constitutes an agreement between Taylor’d Tours and the passengers subject to the law of the state of Victoria. Taylor’d Tours will not be responsible for, or liable for passengers or their luggage outside of tour operating times [9:30AM to 5:30PM on tour days]. Luggage Limit: Each person will be restricted to one piece of luggage and one overnight bag weighing no more than 20 kgs in total. Single pick-up/drop-off point: All passengers will be picked up and returned to a common over 55’s village or residence unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon by all parties.
